Draft Evaluation Criteria for Review and Comment:

In fiscal year (FY) 2017, the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) will implement a new category of WaterSMART Grants to provide funding for small-scale on-the-ground efficiency projects. This new funding category -- WaterSMART Small-Scale Water Efficiency Projects is intended to complement the existing Water and Energy Efficiency Grant category, as well as the overall WaterSMART Program.
